Notice – Visitor Agreement

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree that your visit to The Dallas World Aquarium may involve naturally wet or humid surfaces and other ordinary risks. You assume all risks and release The Dallas World Aquarium, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, including those caused by negligence or gross negligence.
You also waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. This agreement applies to you, and everyone included with these tickets, including any non-paying visitors.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused or partially used admissions. Tickets are valid only for the selected date and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. You understand that entry may be subject to capacity limits, operational needs, or safety conditions, and such circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and approve this charge. You certify that the information provided is accurate, and you understand that unauthorized use of this card may be subject to investigation. You agree to contact The Dallas World Aquarium directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer.
