Notice – Visitor Agreement

By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree that your visit to The Dallas World Aquarium may involve naturally wet or humid surfaces and other ordinary risks. You assume all risks and release The Dallas World Aquarium, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, including those caused by negligence or gross negligence.
You also waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. This agreement applies to you, and everyone included with these tickets, including any non-paying visitors.
