What's New

TICKETS: The Dallas World Aquarium has implemented a Timed-Entry system as part of our ticketing procedure. Guests are highly encouraged to purchase advance online tickets and will check-in at our main entrance on the corner of Laws and Corbin Streets.  Guests may check-in within 30 minutes of their designated entry time. You can present your mobile ticket or we can scan if you elected to print your ticket.

QR CODE EXHIBIT DISPLAY: Our exhibit displays now have QR codes you can easily scan with your mobile device to receive the latest fact sheet about our animals and their habitats.

FEEDINGS & KEEPER CHATS: These events will be canceled until further notice, to ensure social distancing guidelines are met.

SANITIZING: Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout our facility, and staff will clean high-touch areas like handrails, viewing glass, and door handles throughout the day.

GROUPS: We ask that you limit your group size to 8 people or fewer as you walk around. Visiting in smaller groups or splitting up a larger group as you walk around will facilitate social distancing guidelines.

FAQs

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable able to attend on your selected date, your ticket will revert to General Admission and you can access through our main entrance.

If you would like to reschedule a timed entry, please send an e-mail with your name, order number, and time and date for your visit to ticketing@dwazoo.com

Can I bring my own food?

For the safety of our animals, outside food is strictly prohibited, with the exception of baby formula and baby food. Our 1801 and Café Maya restaurants will both be open for meal and beverage purchases.

I purchased a ticket and can't make it.

If you are unable to make your timed entry visit, your ticket will remain valid and revert to General Admission. You may redeem your ticket at any time during our normal business hours. If you would like to reschedule your timed entry, please e-mail ticketing@dwazoo.com with your order number and date/time of your preferred visit.

How much time do I need to tour the aquarium?

Plan for approximately one and a half to two hours for your visit.

Do you have wheelchairs for use or rent?

Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis and are free of charge to use. They are available at our main entrance. An ID will be required to reserve the wheelchair. If you need one brought down to the lower level, please call 214-720-2224 and request assistance from our admission guest services. We do not offer motorized scooters at our facility.
